Privacy Notice

Project 24 INC, trading as Project 24 Paddock, operates the Project 24 Paddock service and is the data controller for the personal data described here. This notice explains what we collect, why, and who we share it with.

What we collect and why

• Account data (name, email, password hash, account type, Google profile when you use Google sign-in) — to create and secure your account. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
• Coaching content (telemetry and GPS files you upload, lap data, corner notes, messages, coach–driver pairings) — to provide the Service. Legal basis: contract.
• Support messages — to answer your questions. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• Usage and device data (log events, IP address, browser type, error reports) — for security, fraud prevention and improving the product. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• Subscription status (plan, renewal date, payment provider identifiers) — to give you access to the features you paid for. Legal basis: contract.

We do not collect or store card details. Payment data is collected directly by Paddle as Merchant of Record.

Who we share data with

• Your coach or drivers — content you deliberately share through pairing is visible to them.
• Service providers / subprocessors — hosting, database, authentication and error monitoring providers who process data on our instructions.
• Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for sale of the product, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) and authorities where required by law.

International transfers

Some providers process data outside the UK/EEA. Where that happens we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses with appropriate safeguards.

Retention

Account and coaching data is kept while your account is active and for up to 12 months after closure, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Billing records are kept for as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

Subject to your local law, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent at any time. Email support@project24paddock.com and we will respond within one month. If you are in the UK/EEA you may also complain to your supervisory authority.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, row-level access controls so your data is only readable by you and the people you share it with, and least-privilege access for our systems.

Cookies and local storage

We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember interface preferences such as demo mode. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear this data through your browser settings, though sign-in will stop working until you sign in again.
